Go truffle hunting with a local trifulau

Experience the centuries-old tradition of truffle hunting in Piedmont with a local truffle hunter (trifulau) and his dogs.
The trifulau will show you how he hunts for this most precious hypogean fungus which is growing in symbiosis with the roots of certain trees.
You can hunt at night or during the day and reward your efforts with a taste of your treasure cooked with eggs, fresh tagliatelle, or Toma cheese from Alba, all washed down with a good local Barbera wine.
